7. Additional privacy notice for providers storing corporate and personal information in the database “Frankfurt – Partner for Emerging Financial Centres”

The internet presences of Frankfurt Main Finance are meant to offer general information about the association and its activities. Some parts of the internet presences or individual sub-pages are used for other purposes as well: The database “Frankfurt – Partner for Emerging Financial Centres” is used to collect information about providers and their products in order to offer this information to database users. Data from registered providers is also used to send update requests for the entries (electronically and otherwise), information on future delegation trips with participation of representatives of the Frankfurt financial centre, and invitations to events hosted by Frankfurt Main Finance. Moreover, Frankfurt Main Finance has the right to forward service queries from interested parties to providers registered in the database.

Frankfurt Main Finance stores all provided corporate and personal data in the database “Frankfurt – Partner for Emerging Financial Centres” for the purpose of sharing it with database users. All corporate and personal data made available to us is stored in the internet-accessible database. All updates of the provided information are the responsibility of the company making the database entry or the person or persons in charge of this task on the company’s behalf. Please note that the database is accessible for users outside of the EU.

As a provider, you must ensure that all contacts listed in the database have agreed to the publication of their personal information in the manner described here.
