For the first time, the event organised by payment service provider SWIFT will be held in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt Convention Bureau, Messe Frankfurt and a local organising committee from the financial sector, which also included Frankfurt Main Finance, were involved in the successful application.<\/p><p>From <strong>29 September to 2 October 2025<\/strong>, the global financial industry will gather at Messe Frankfurt to jointly shape the future of the financial industry in the areas of payment services, security, trade, technology and innovation. Around 11,000 congress participants, including executives, decision-makers and topic experts from all over the world, are expected. In addition, around 200 companies from the financial services industry will be exhibiting on more than 50,000 square metres of exhibition space. The event will also occupy the entire Hall 3, alongside the Congress Center and the Forum.<\/p><p>&#8220;We are very pleased that our efforts to host this global rolling congress in our Messe Frankfurt&#8217;s locations have borne fruit. Not only renowned German credit institutions, but also international banks and industry institutions are based here. The unique network of financial services thus makes the city the place to go for start-up companies in the fintech sector. Frankfurt am Main is showing the greatest growth in this area in all of Germany. In addition, Frankfurt am Main was selected as the seat of the board of the new International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
